These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any forms, calls, texts or emails from FOSNE Insurance ("FOSNE," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About FOSNE Insurance
FOSNE Insurance is an independent insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. Policies are issued by the insurance companies we are appointed with, and each policy is governed by its own contract.
FOSNE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any mortgage lender, loan servicer, bank, or government agency. Mortgage protection is a life insurance policy, not a mortgage product, and it does not change your loan terms.
3. Information only, not advice
Content on this site is general information to help you understand your options. It is not tax, legal, investment or financial advice. Talk with a qualified professional about your situation. Descriptions of products, riders and features are summaries only; the policy contract controls.
4. Quotes and coverage
- Submitting a form, requesting a quote or speaking with an agent does not create coverage or an insurance contract.
- Coverage starts only when an insurance company approves your application, issues the policy, and any required first premium is paid.
- Rates, benefits, riders and eligibility vary by insurance company, product, state, age and health, and are subject to underwriting.
- Living benefits (accelerated death benefits) reduce the death benefit, have eligibility requirements, and may have tax consequences.
- Medical exam requirements depend on age, health, coverage amount and the insurance company.
- You agree to give complete and truthful answers on any application. False or missing information can lead to denial of a claim or cancellation of a policy.
5. Licensing and availability
Insurance products are offered only in states where FOSNE Insurance and its agents are licensed. No offer or solicitation is made in any state where we are not licensed. Not all products are available in all states. See Licenses & Disclosures.
6. Information you provide
You agree that information you give us is accurate, current, and your own (or that you have permission to share it). Do not submit someone else's phone number or email. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Calls, texts and emails
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that FOSNE Insurance and its licensed agents may contact you at the number you gave us by live calls, calls using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS/MMS text messages, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You agree to tell us if your number changes or is no longer yours.

8. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to request a quote. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading.
- Submit false information or pretend to be someone else.
- Copy, scrape or harvest content or data using bots or automated tools.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to access systems without permission.
- Interfere with the site's operation or security.
We may limit or end your access if you break these Terms.
9. Our content and trademarks
The FOSNE name, logo, text, graphics and design on this site belong to FOSNE Insurance or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change, sell or republish our content without written permission.
10. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or include tools from other companies, such as insurance companies, scheduling tools and review sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
11. Calculator and estimates
Our coverage calculator and other tools give general starting points based on what you enter. They are not quotes, recommendations or guarantees. A licensed agent can help you decide what fits your needs.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FOSNE Insurance, its agents, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.
Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations under an insurance policy or rights that cannot be waived by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless FOSNE Insurance and its agents and employees from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, false information you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Disputes about an insurance policy are governed by that policy and applicable insurance law.
16. General terms
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the site.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Using the site after changes means you accept them.
